The service if available:
  • Between 48 hours and 1 hour before the flight in domestic routes.
  • For Passengers with reservation and electronic Ticket.
  • Domestic flights passengers only.
  • Bolivian Senior passengers (60 years or more) The documentation will be verified In the pre-boarding, in case the information does not match boarding will not be accepted.
  •  For Passengers with hand luggage only and within the established size and weight; Passengers with checked luggage must check in at our counters.
Service is not available for:
  • International flights passengers, since it is mandatory that they check in at the BoA counters, for the verification of their travel documents.
  • Passengers who have pending fares penalties for date change or no show.
  • Passengers who require or have included special services in their reservation, such as: Animal transport, wheelchair, unaccompanied minors or assistance services.
  • Passengers who do not have an electronic Ticket.
Dangerous goods.
  • I have read and understood the restrictions on the Dangerous goods transportation in the baggage, including batteries, compressed gases, flammable solids, poisons and infectious substances, radioactive materials, corrosives and oxidizers, batteries and Lithium batteries. The transport of these dangerous goods is prohibited and is penalized.
